It's Me

We are members of English Heritage and the National Trust but don't really make the most of the memberships. Appalling as we volunteer for the National Trust.

Having installed the English Heritage app on my phone we thought that we should investigate one that we hadn't been to before, so we went to Titchfield Abbey near Fareham. It had been a 13th century monastery and then a very grand house. Unfortunately there isn't much left but there is still plenty to look at. Especially some medieval floor tiles

I had hoped to blip it but preferred me instead.

My eye sight has changed and I can't see the camera screen through my glasses so I spend most of the time with them down my nose

I've done some gardening this evening once it was cooler. The new plants have slug pellets around them as the slugs and snails seem to particularly enjoy the new plants
