Main activity: Mon - power outage, storms, mingling w/ neighbors, work
Notes: Heard a big boom around 5a - woke me up. Realize the power had gone out, went back to sleep a couple times and didn't get up till after 7a. Made a contraption to heat the water for my pour-over with a glass measuring cup and metal rack over a candle - it worked! Used the battery packs some and booted up internet to see if it was working, it was! Online for a bit till I ran my computer down to 20% then decided to shut it all off and conserve. Rain and wind off and on and crews didn't arrive to tix the blown transformer until about 7.5 hrs after it blew. Stuff in fridge was not staying cold tho did put the 2 ice packs from freezer in to help. Finally got power restored around 1230p, thank goodness! Jumped on and did a bunch of work on Carlene's site - finally got it broken into pages but still lots of little issues. Ate off and on here and there, made a batch of jello. Shower just before 5p - again felt like 2 days in one and that I couldn't get caught up! Streamed shows in the evening.
