Rain drops

We had some significant rain overnight so the garden should be okay for a while. I went out for a little while in the afternoon to pick lettuce and cabbage and do a bit of work, a bit soggy for much. I have marigolds growing in the brassica cage, so very cheerful and might even deter some bugs.
We had a hilly evening run on a route we haven't been able to do since last Autumn's floods as the bridge was closed for repairs (the same one I cycled over last week).
The rest of the day was all sorts of bits and pieces - and Olympics watching (though not too much), especially the last part of the day's athletics.
