Wonky Tie Guy

Spent the morning editing my new course videos. Got my daughters friend Alex come to stay for a few days. I was picking her up from Peterborough Station so took the opportunity for some people pictures! Got some super cool shots but it was this guys posh suit, cigarette, phone and back to front tie combo that won the day!

Once home it was interval training on the bike, 4 mins x4, followed by a core strength routine I haven’t done since breaking my shoulder, so think I’m going to feel that one tomorrow!
