Sunday Shadow Play
In the "last day push" to get things ready here for our grandchildren's visit this week, I've had time for only a few minutes on the deck in the sunshine, watching Phil mow our handkerchief-sized bit of grass and photographing the shadows I cast.
I used a variety of "art" settings on my camera for those shots, and a little tweaking in the computer rendered the selected scene even more abstract.
It's back to concrete activity now, as we'll be leaving home before 8 a.m. on Monday to take the train south to Seattle. After spending the day with Z (11) and B (9-1/2) and their mother, E, we'll return to Bellingham on the evening train, along with Z and B.
There may be more back-blipping than on-the-day blipping this week...
