Beach

Went along with hubby to the Whitstable Parkrun this morning. I looked after our youngest and friend's youngest while the others ran. We stayed on the beach while they did the first lap. Eldest stopped after this as she has done much running before, but is determined to have another go. Hubby and the others did really well and some new PB's were set.

After this I went to the school to help with the family fun day which went really well, but boy was it hot.

Lastly, I went to the Guiding Division BBQ which was lovley as the evening started to cool down and we had some shade to sit in.
