A leisurely start to the day. Popped to the shops and discovered the local knitters have been celebrating children’s characters. Really liked Bagpuss.sitting on one of the posts in the market place.
Tested the knee on the turbo. Pleased with how it is performing. The physio is planning a strength test to plan the next steps next week.
A short trip to Dalby for a walk. Easy to sit watching the Olympics and forget about a leg stretch. The extras were spotted along the way.
