Cool lion at Coburg Studios

Mr hazelh and I visited the Coburg Studios this afternoon. We weren't the only blippers there. Not long after I said 'I think that Ridgeback13 would like this jewellery', we came across her and her visitor K on the staircase. This lion wasn't part of the official display, but we did find him amusing. 

Had I been quick with my big camera, I could have blipped the kingfisher that sped across the river as we walked to the studios along the Water of Leith Walkway. Poor Mr hazelh missed the flash of blue in a rather ironic way: at the time he was too busy looking at the Merlin app on his phone!

I continued my work on the garden furniture today. The blue pieces blipped yesterday are now all done. The green bench and seat have had their first coat of stain. I also 'weeded' the patio.

I would have gone for a run this morning, but I have suffered terribly from hayfever today.

We are all still enjoying the Olympics.

Exercise today: walking (14,963 steps).
