It's Welland Steam Rally.  We've a range of guests from steam organ builders to classic car owners, and one here for the choir festival who's felling a bit out of the conversation...

You can see the rally site from the terrace albeit a bit hazy from natural and man-made hazes.  It's getting quite big.  Extra.
