Rowan tree at Buttermere.

We got the bus to, and from, Buttermere today. ( It only runs during the Summer weekends from Cockermouth. )

There were lots of beautiful Rowan trees on our walk around Buttermere, but only this one was in just the right place by the lake.

Fleetwith Pike is in the distance.

A change in the weather today...but we stayed dry!
