A landscape and a mishap
This morning the spaniel and I tried a new walking route that took us over Bucknell Hill and Hopton Hill heading towards Great Hagley. I had this fine view of the Long Mynd and the hills around Church Stretton to the northeast. Unfortunately the path back was totally overgrown and I couldn't see where my feet were going. Inevitable, perhaps, that I ended up in a hole with a badly twisted knee. Rude words were uttered. We did an about turn and slowly hobbled home the way we had come. Walking adventures are curtailed for a week or two.
