Birthday Flower

It's my birthday today and somehow I have negotiated all the trials and tribulations of life and staggered past another milestone, the 73rd one  :-))

Also my 700th Blip which is some sort of minor achievement.

I attended Mass this morning and we're now waiting for my 'baby' sister and her husband to arrive as we are off out for lunch at a nearby pub.

Later on we have more siblings, spouses, friends, children and hopefully grandchildren calling round to see me. Cheese and biscuits etc this evening for everyone. Maybe cake?

I have at last given up working Sunday mornings and now doing Wednesdays Last week was my final Sunday, hooray.
