The Future

Went to the Band Camp Family Concert this morning and it was really lovely to see how the whole group were getting along like a house on fire even though they had only met on Friday.  
Julian was so happy about how it went and he made lots of friends.  They all said let’s do it again next year! I was glad it turned out good for him as he was not sure about it all on Friday morning! : )

This afternoon I needed a big walk so I went into the city and walked for an hour which was great, lots going on in there!   Came across this gathering of people doing some sort of Tik Tok dance ‘thing’.  I didn’t fully understand how it worked but there was a countdown and then a song would come on and various people would go out into the middle and they’d all do the same dance.  Every song was different so they must have had their particular favorite ones and have totally learned the dance moves for each song. Some of them jumped in for every song! 
Anyway there was a lot of cheering and laughing and the little girl on the sidelines with Future on her shirt caught my eye. : ). This is the way of the future!
