live in the day

Another beautiful day, we are all pinching ourselves that this is for real? After six summers of little sun we are in awe of it all. Once again we headed off for the afternoon to wild swim and BBQ with friends. To our special place - introducing those to it too, those who we know will love it as much as we do.

We all swam out to the island where the kids leapt fearlessly from the over hanging tree into the lake over and over again. After the BBQ they ran 'wild' playing games of exploration and daring while the adults mused and discussed and chilled, the demands of our working lives a million miles away. Pure bliss and in our backyard - we are very lucky.
