Maastricht

We‘re away overnight to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Maastricht is a quick 90 minute drive over the border and well worth a visit.
We’re staying in a converted monastery which is full of crazy art.
Dinner was in a tiny restaurant where for me the star of the show was the first course which included a quenelle of piccalilli and kimchi sorbet.
