False Alarm

I have survived Pie Sports' catering at Falkirk last night. I even managed to drag myself around Loch Leven Parkrun this morning in a respectable time. 

I forgot to take my phone with me - senior moments coming thick and fast these days - so I have no photographic evidence. 

Leaving the run to one side, my day's highlight was two croissants and a coffee at Loch Leven's Larder sitting outside in the warm morning sunshine.

By the time I got home, all I could do was have a shower and then put my mind and body into neutral for the rest of the day. 

My cider this evening (Blipped) was another highlight.
