Choucroute garnie with a touch of cajun influence. Wine: Selbach Oster Rotlay Riesling Auslese 2018.

This was incredible! The meats were duck confit, andouille sausage, kielbasa, tasso ham, and pancetta. A half a bottle of Riesling (a cheaper one than the one we drank) simmered along with everything in the pot.
