Again, this is rosebay willowherb, Chamaenerion angustifolium, aka fireweed, the commonest of the large willowherbs.

This is a bloom that is in its later stages.  Their job done, the male stamens having shed all ther pollen are now wilting.  On the other hand, the female stigma has enlarged and expanded into four lobes which are now receiving pollen from other flowers.  This ensures cross-pollination takes place rather than self-pollination.
