Somewhere near Kings Cross

What a crazy day! The cat woke me at 3am and I didn’t get back to sleep. Up at 6 and marking soon after. Checked in around 830 to say almost done then joined an online induction with the people from next week’s course. Then listened only, marking finished, lunch, then staff meeting for next week.
In the evening I met a friend at Kings Cross and we went to Coal Drops Yard - an amazing redevelopment 7 mins walk away. Restored old buildings, plaza, outdoor cinema, many dining options - a great space! A nice way to unwind!
