Mad Hatters Tea Party

After 74 years mum declared she was heartily sick of an early January birthday. So we had an early July party with a Mad Hatter theme. This is mum and dad plying croquet. Competitive? Words were exchanged when hoops were missed! Dad got into the swing of things by stealing mums hat and wearing it all day. It matched his shirt perfectly.

One of the highlights of the day was mum and dad demonstrating their penguin walk....we are concerned that they have spent time perfecting it. I laughed till tears ran down my face!

Big card higher or lower proved interesting! I am not sure Little Lynn loved her strawberry and mustard forfeit! my shot of vinegar was "challenging"

The heights of competitiveness were reached with full body snap! I retired before it got too messy!!
