Reward

Spent the day painting the outside of the house, which was hot and tiring work, so my reward was a beer, even though it was only Thursday. Delicious of course, but my gout is still with me, and beer apparently has high purine levels, which is not good news for gout, so probably wasn’t the best idea. I am getting very fed up that the gout has not gone away yet. I have never known it last this long before. The anti inflammatory pills are not really doing what they normally do.
Think I will need to see the GP soon
