The Feast Day of Saint Eusebius of Vercelli. Circa 340.

It has been a lovely but difficult week with higher than normal temperatures. The dangers and the health benefits of sunshine are well known. Good for Vitamin D and beware the ill effects of the UV rays.

So I have a morning walk but then stay mostly indoors until it cools again by the early evening. It is forecast to rain this evening but that is not written in stone. It is 25.4c in our living room and much warmer in the conservatory.

Hunter and Holly provided a timely blipfoto for me.

It is the 1st birthday of one of my dear great nephews. A delightful child.
