Her little girls....

Mom and Dad returned from their hols yesterday and couldn't wait to get hold of Martha and Daisy, hence the picture. We've spent a lovely afternoon in their garden catching up, drinking tea and eating ham and chutney sandwiches (thanks for the chutney mom and dad).

I do feel really bad though as I thought it was my parents 40th wedding anniversary next Sunday but was slightly embarrassed to turn up today and the house was full of cards! I'm annoyed with myself as I never miss a birthday but somehow managed to forget such a special day for my parents. I think I have some grovelling to do.....

Only working 2 days next week so I get to spend some quality time with Ne and Daisy.
