The Arts: Painting 1898 (detail)

This month's painting by Alphonse Mucha on my kitchen calendar.

While waiting for the predicted heavy rain I have been packing and loading up the car prior to a move to house-sit at Bitsy's for a long weekend to let Anne visit her family in Devon. She hasn't been able to do that since Drum died three years ago.

Let's hope that all the short practices I've been doing with Bitsy will stop her from pining too much.

No sign of the rain... yet. Hope the weekend isn't a wash-out for any of us, blipmates!
