Rather more wholesome food photography today after yesterday's Jelly Babies.

These are lovely dark skinned cherries (also see extra). 

It's interesting to see how they can appear to be different colours on different surfaces. Both pictures are taken with natural light, same exposure, same colour temperature, same time.
