Rainbow cardigan.....

well the back! I've made a start on the two cardigans for my granddaughters who love rainbows. I think they'll stand out in a crowd!
Two friends and I went into Stanhope today to the Root and Branch community café. I had peanut and roast veg curry followed by blackcurrant, apple and fresh cream chiffon cake. It was all delicious and a lovely friendly atmosphere. We took a walk along the river after, pretending we could walk off the calorie intake!! It was a more than pleasant three hours spent in good company. I did come home and do some gardening so hopefully that helped with a bit of calorie burning! But no matter, as it was a really enjoyable day.
