Another day Another dip

I didnt think that I could get to the river at high tide today. When the forecast storm and a scheduled meeting didnt materialise and another meeting was much quicker than anticipated I hopped on my bike and into the water.

Only one other human swimmer today. A visitor from Copenhagen who I'd met earlier in the week. Several dogs including a sheltie puppy. Cute.

I was glad that I'd gone when the afternoon rolled on and I had a meeting with someone who I sometimes think doesn't speak the same language as me and whom I ofter think is from a different planet.
