Blaithwaite House
Creative Arts - day 2
Blaithwaite House is where SU's Creative Arts holiday is held every year. It's a converted farm, and is a wonderful location for the camp. This is looking across the courtyard towards the stables, which are now twin rooms.
We went to church in Wigton this morning, and my group did a reading from 1 Samuel about David being anointed by Samuel to be king.
The afternoon was spent watching introductions to the various workshops by the different leaders - I introduced my performance poetry and portrait photography workshops - as well as watching some of the Wimbledon final! There was a lot of screaming and cheering. We're all very proud of Andy.
