Heavy Day
Thursday is my weight training day… I follow a duathlon training program by biohacking expert Ben Greenfield so the type of weight training I do is called Super Slow. It’s intense but thankfully short! I get good gains from it so it’s worth the effort once a week!
Just finished a call with my coaches Paul and Scott where we talked Product Titles for an hour… where one word can make or break a sale it’s something I find fascinating and definitely need to master!
