1st Day of August 2024

In the last few weeks, I have struggled with a list of
intractable domestic & tech problems.  When frustration
hit fever pitch, I promised myself, that if I persevered &
completed everything on the list, I could spend a whole
day doing whatever makes me happy.  At the time, it
seemed light years away.

Yesterday, I completed the list & now everything is working 
as it should, so I planned my fun day.  

Today, I went to one of my favorite places, which is where I saw
this colorful tray.  Then, I went to have a bowl of steaming hot PHO.
We are having our last "coolish day," & I was craving it.  There is
enough left over for dinner, which is a win.

Now, I am home, ready to relax, read a book about butterflies & maybe squeeze in a nap.
