I had an early appointment at the Butterfly House pinning up our next batch of pupae, a quick nip into the supermarket and I was home for 10am to watch the Olympics again

A trio of medals at the rowing lake were our only successes today so far and it looks like Evans/Murray will be bowing out in the tennis pretty soon I’m afraid to say.

Picked Niece up from train station and then stayed at Mum’s whilst we watched Simone Biles give an amazing performance in the women’s all around gymnastics. She truly is in a class of her own.

Another garden blip - this time it’s a new penstemon that I bought earlier this year that I’m quite pleased with. I love the colour.
