Geese

A reasonable early start.  The launch captain was talking about safety before starting the first trip of the day.  I had hoped clouds would be better defined, but no.  It was a day of low cloud and haziness.  My friend had been here a few days ago and the clouds were good.  Never mind.  This is Derwentwater with the 'resident' geese at rest and a view down the lake to Castle Crag (the V-shaped Fell.)  I had hoped to get the geese in flight as two wild swimmers entered the lake very close to them, but no they remained as you see them, obviously not fussed.
I returned home via Honister Pass, Buttermere and Crummock.
