I don't normally take  part in social media challenges but Roseanna Cunningham introduced me to one  on Mastodon  ( a much nicer site than X) a couple of weeks ago which was to post 200 covers over 20 days of books that "had had an impact of who you are" but with no reviews and no explanations - just the covers.

it is remarkably hard to narrow that particular search down but as I am due to speak about books that have influenced me at an event early next year, it seemed like a good test.
