Anniversary

Our 36th anniversary today so although we had some menial things to get through we didn’t want to spend the whole day doing chores. We had to take some things up to M for her birthday party later in the week so we decided to call in at Chartwell on the way. It was the home of Churchill for 40 years and had the most beautiful setting with views over the Weald. Afterwards we went up and delivered the various items that M wamted, and collected Bao Bun, who is now staying with us for a few days. It won’t be easy to manage with the kitchen works going onbut I am sure we will cope.
