Today we had a real treat. For JPs birthday, months ago, Bek bought him a voucher for a harbour cruise and high tea and today was the day. We went over to Poole, did a bit of shopping then down to the harbour. 
We were greeted on board a lovely old ship with quite a history, with a glass of Prosecco. We were then given our  afternoon tea which was really good. Then went upstairs (do they call it that on a ship?) and enjoyed the views around Poole harbour - the second biggest natural harbour in the world, second only to Sydney! Also saw the replica galleon moored up at the quay - one that came to Weymouth for a few days a couple of years ago and is returning later in August. All in all a superb day and we could not have asked for better weather.
