A dear friend popped in this afternoon to see M and brought him this beautiful card. . It’s of Toby,  an etching by Elizabeth Blackadder of one of her cats.
 
M is learning to get around on crutches and we are so glad of the garden even if it just to sit looking at it. Fortunately summer seems finally to have arrived,
