St Emilion

One of my favourite towns...thankfully fairly quiet in the pre-season, St Emilion. I love this view from the top of the hill, by the church looking over the square and the sunbaked terracotta tiled roofs. I often imagine what those streets have witnessed over the centuries.

Tough one to choose a blip...picturesque, or I did have some shots of the many many wine merchants and also a lovely atmospheric shot in the cloisters.
