Daily woodpecker

I often see this woodpecker on the bird feeder when I come down to make the first cups of coffee. I don't usually have my contact lenses in so I have to use the binoculars to see if the blobby shape I can detect is actually the woodpecker. It was nice to capture it on the tree this morning rather than on the metal birdfeeder.
