Evening glow

.... at the end of such a hot day, and for Seaford really calm too. We went to social tennis but esp early and enjoyed an hour an a half before coming home for a late breakfast. Then a lovely couple of hours on the beach and a long swim. We popped onto Lewes this afternoon for some shopping and a food shop in a very cool Tesco. Yoga then a picnic on the beach.
