At the beach

Cousin J and I took her grandchildren out for the afternoon. We started with lunch in a promenade cafe at Stokes Bay - crab sandwiches for the adults! We then had a walk in Stanley Park followed by ice cream at Lee-on-the-Solent. The beach wasn't too busy and Bekka went for a paddle. The Isle of Wight is in the background with Cowes being on the far right.

Update: Regarding a recent post, the barrels are still in situ. Unfortunately they are taking up a parking place and, not surprisingly, are becoming litter bins.
