Sunrise

A bad normal sleep last night ( 3 hr 41 min sleep, 7 hr 35 min in bed). My mind just races and I cannot sleep, and when I do don't stay asleep. I did see a gorgeous sunrise this morning.

A quiet day, just resting and sorting out the plants that were a bit injured yesterday when the 22+ year old fence panel was finally replaced.

Beau here tonight as neither him or Jo sleep well in the heat. She is afraid of having windows open and him getting out and he can't settle. His bed is on Mr T's bed under his ceiling fan which should help. Currently flat out enjoying the cool breeze from Mr T's bi-fold doors.
