Duck, cashew and watermelon salad

I’ve usually made this recipe with leftover roast duck, but cooking a duck breast is the original version. It is delicious with a ginger soy and sesame oil dressing. Though I am slightly amused that I set the smoke alarm when it was salad for tea!

Semi constructive day. I now have all the figures I need for the probate application for John’s estate. But after setting up my account the website decided to stop responding. I will try again later tonight, but then I’m working for the rest of the week so otherwise it’ll wait till the weekend.
