It was boiling hot so I went on the turbo trainer in the garden. I was dripping wet of sweat within a couple of minutes.

I should have gone for a proper ride really but I reckon I did about three hours worth within just an hour as I pushed myself. you don't get downhill sections on the trainer ;)

A relaxing evening after that with just Claire as Orla is having a sleep over at my mums.
