Back in Akbuk around 6pm, having left college campus at 11.15, then met Robin at Istanbul airport - we came from Izmir airport to Akbuk, and an hour and a half,  with chauffeured rental car.  Sue arrived about an hour later bringing Rufus home - so wonderful to see him, but he seems to have hurt his tail (again) - Sue said it just happened today so I'll keep an eye on him for a couple of days. He was of course, excited and we enjoyed some cuddles together.

Robin, Rufus and I walked to Pasa for dinner and an Akbuk sunset.  Still mid 30s even in the evening - outside was lovely with a breeze but  it's uncomfortably hot indoors.  We enjoyed some pool time and a beer on the patio before try8ing to get some sleep after a long day. Travelling is always so tiring.
