Walk with Ella, tried some heart heated weeding but it was just too hot! Cooked myself some lovely vegetable things for week (caponata and a nice cauliflower tomato thing). Sewing, Grand Prix and then the obvious highlight - swim in the sea. What with the Olympics, the lovely sunshine and the sea, if it wasn't for work, it's like proper holiday time!
