Girls' night out!

And all the ingredients for a great night out were present and correct - lovely ladies, sunshine, cocktails and Manchester, which is of course the best city in the country (not that I'm at all biased).

The drinks flowed, the chatter was chatted, and we sat in the sunshine at the music festival in Albert Square then had a lovely meal and some extremely cool and unusual cocktails at The Alchemist. I had a Bubblegum Mojito (complete with popping candy) and we all had a soda syphon to share full of a cocktail called an Electric Blue!
(Green Mark russian vodka, blue curacao, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and wine, charged up with CO2!).

All in all, a super night was had by all and the hotel we stayed in was very nice as well!
