Orchardleigh Triathlon

Today for a change I was a spectator at a tri, popped along to cheer on the other members if Frome Triathlon Club.

This is J she was the First Lady out of the water and headed out if T1 onto the bike course.

Not seen the results yet to see how they got on but it was a hilly bike course and hot! I left at 8.30am and the temperature on the car was 27 degrees!

So what did I do I went for a run, in the woods so a little cooler, decided it could be these temps in 2 weeks time for the London Tri so needed to acclimatise, managed 3miles and leg feeling ok!
