Not the smoothest day’s travel! Didn’t get on the first two flights. The third wasn’t looking hopeful either, but in the end I got a seat. Then the jet bridge failed and they spent ages trying to work out how to board us all - I was half expecting they’d send us across by zip wire, but they finally took us on a tortuous route down stairs, across the tarmac and up steps to the plane.
