Murky waters

Today was far too warm to do anything unless it was absolutely necessary. I managed to catch up on some paperwork, have a good clear out of my craft room (on the shady side of the house) and do some of those little jobs which keep getting put to the bottom of the list.
This afternoon we managed a walk up the canal, the water was really murky, caused by the continual movement of barges. The fishermen were complaining it was difficult to catch anything because of the state of the water.
Tonight we had a bowling league committee meeting, also known as an excuse for a meal and a good catch up with friends. Lovely tapas food and cocktails.
