Actual birthday

Gah, work. Long, indecision, writing last minute papers for a chief exec after last minute changes to plans, and then trying to keep the team steady amd moving forwards. 

Boys, club all week. Day one doesn't seem to have been the best. I've told them it's a week of their lives - I think it's a bit sedate for them - but it is free. 

The ice cream van came past the house as we were finishing supper. 99 flakes all round, perfect end to the day.
